Started its CSR Initiatives with a vision to integrate social, environmental, and economic concerns into their values, culture, decision making, strategy and operations in a transparent and accountable manner and thereby establish better practices within the Organisation, create wealth and improve society.
Keeping in mind the importance of education in the society, AHF in collaboration with SEWA BHARTI has donated for Digital Smart Class for under privileged student who couldn’t attend the classes due to COVID impact. The initiative strengthens the company’s commitment to its vision of powering digital India and to give equal platform of opportunity to the under privileged students.
SEWA BHARTI vision is to uplift the health, hunger, and education of the most vulnerable group of society. It was founded on October 2, 1979, by veteran social worker Shri Balasaheb Devras. Their mission is to shape the society in such a way that every individual gets an opportunity to live his/her life and ability to change the surrounding. Till date SEWA BHARTI has served more than 1,700 students from more than 20 states.
AHF also donated to “Jan Jagriti Seva Sansthan” to promote education.
An efficient health care system can contribute to a significant part of a country's economy, development, and industrialization. Health care is conventionally regarded as an important determinant in promoting the general physical and mental health and well-being of people around the world.
In light to the above, AHF in association with NARAYAN SEVA SANSTHAN has donated for providing artificial limbs to the needy people of the society. This initiative by the Company is to bring back the confidence in such individuals to live life with dignity and work towards fulfilling their dreams. The Company aim towards improvement of the quality of life of all amputees and make them self-reliant.
NARAYAN SEVA SANSTHAN (NSS) vision is to serve the needy and cure the helpless patients through free corrective surgeries with a will to fight a battle with Polio and other related birth disabilities The organization is engaged in providing “free of cost” humanitarian service since 1985 to the destitute, ‘differently abled’ poor and the needy people of the society at large, without any discrimination on the ground of religion, region, caste, gender etc.
In India, poverty is high when compared to other nations and one of the major causes of poverty is the increasing population of India.
The belief that the world is getting worse, that we can’t solve extreme poverty and disease, isn’t just mistaken, it is harmful. Considering this AHF has tried to contribute for eradicating poverty in the society by donating to UDAY FOUNDATION and with their association initiated a drive to provide high-quality warm blankets to the underprivileged people living in the open on the streets, outstation patients and their caregivers staying outside the government hospitals, construction workers.
Udyog Development Foundation is an autonomous and a National Charitable Trust was established in 2016, registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. UDF works in diverse fields to achieve sustainable, harmonious, and all-round development of human society. Its vision is to transform the lives of millions by disseminating information and inviting cooperation for creating industrial employment opportunities with active participation of government and corporate world.
What sets Earth apart from other planets is its ability to sustain life. Plants are considered a critical resource because of the many ways they support life on Earth. They release oxygen into the atmosphere, absorb carbon dioxide, provide habitat and food for wildlife and humans, and regulate the water cycle. Because of the many ways plants help the environment, their importance should not be forgotten.
In this regard, Company has taken a pledge to give more to the Environment by planting as many trees as possible. To achieve this vision of the Company donation was made to BEING GREEN which is a Society registered under Section 12AA of Income Tax Act, 1961 to organize competitions, Exhibitions, Tree Plantation, Workshop and Exchange Programmes, to create awareness regarding the importance of the environment Development and the environmental science and to provide necessary facilities for the environmental protection and to organize seminars, group discussion and training Programme in the fields of Environmental and Agriculture, etc.
On 5th March 2022, AHF has conducted a planation drive in DTEA Senior Secondary School, Laxmi Bai Nagar Road, New Delhi to plant around 200 trees across the area.
